By using this website, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you submit a form for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to send that inquiry.

2. Website Use

The website is provided for businesses evaluating NutraEx sweetener systems, formulation support, technical information, and commercial supply. You may browse the public pages and submit the forms the site offers.

The administration area is for authorized NutraEx users. Optional two-factor sign-in, where a user has turned it on, is part of that access. It is not a public account system.

3. Technical and Formulation Information

Formulation examples, application notes, and technical descriptions are information from NutraEx. They are not a substitute for your own formulation, regulatory, safety, labeling, or production review.

Examples on the website are NutraEx examples. They are not a customer's formula and they are not a validated commercial recipe for your product.

4. Product Information and Availability

Product names, codes, and application notes identify an ingredient or a formulation context for discussion. They are not a complete specification, a certificate of analysis, or an offer to sell.

Specifications, packaging, availability, and lead time are subject to confirmation for the product, quantity, and destination. A current quotation or written agreement from NutraEx controls if it differs from website text. The website does not publish prices.

5. Technical Documents and Samples

A request for technical documentation, a sample, or pricing is a request for NutraEx to review. It does not reserve inventory, confirm a shipment, create a quotation, or grant a right to copy or redistribute a document.

Documents that are not published stay under NutraEx review. A lot-specific document, when NutraEx issues one, applies to the lot it identifies. It is not a general specification for every lot of that product.

6. Intellectual Property

The NutraEx name, logo, page design, text, and product codes on this website are owned by NutraEx Food Inc. or used with its permission. You may view the public pages and share links to them.

You may not copy the website for your own product, or use the NutraEx name or logo so that it suggests NutraEx endorses you, without written permission. This section does not state that a particular trademark or patent is registered.

7. User Submissions

Do not send confidential formulas, exact percentages, or trade secrets through the general website forms. Information you do send may be used to review and respond to the request.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the website. That includes attempting to break or overload it, bypass access controls, scrape non-public technical material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use the website for an unlawful purpose.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website loads its public typeface from Google Fonts. Photographs and illustrations on the pages currently shown to visitors are served by NutraEx. The website may also link to other sites. NutraEx does not control those services. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

10. Disclaimers

The website is an information resource. Product descriptions and formulation guidance may change. NutraEx does not promise that website content is complete, or that a sweetener system will produce a particular result in your formula.

Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, or dietary advice. Regulatory status can differ by product and market, and NutraEx confirms applicable requirements with the customer.

11. Liability

To the extent applicable law allows, NutraEx is not liable for a decision made only from general website content, or for an interruption of the website. NutraEx does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Supply, samples, pricing, and technical assistance are handled through NutraEx's response to a request, and through any separate agreement NutraEx provides for that business. These website terms do not set a monetary cap and do not replace that agreement.

12. Company Location

NutraEx Food Inc. is located at 308-5491 Regent St., Burnaby, BC V5C 4H4, Canada. These terms do not choose a court or a governing law. Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls the commercial relationship it covers.

13. Changes to These Terms

NutraEx may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date shows which version is current. Using the website after that date means you are using the current version.
